My experience at Frankie is always 10/10!! My stylist Micayla not only is an amazing human being, but a very talented hair artist. She always listens to my concerns and requests and helps me come up with the perfect plan for my hair! I can’t say enough good things about the environment, staff, and vibe at Frankie! The hard work they have put in to achieving such a curated environment is evident!🤍

Frankie is a gorgeous salon! The location is great and parking is never a problem. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and make you feel welcome. My daughter and I have been going to Frankie since they opened and both see Tess and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is a highly skilled professional and is passionate about her craft, her salon and her clients. Tess is truly a wonderful person and I always look forward to my appointment with her. She takes a genuine interest in her clients. She has gone above and beyond for the two of us and I can’t thank her enough!

I love Frankie Salon! Everyone is always so lovely and makes my time there so much fun! I go to Chantelle & she is AMAZING! I first went to her for blonde, and it looked incredible every time! I made the crazy decision to go brunette and am so in love with it. She can do anything!!!

Frankie is an absolute gem find of a salon! Full of inspirational creators, clean and cozy! Micayla is my wonder stylist that I’d follow anywhere and Frankie is like a second home!! The care, love and understanding goes without saying! Micayla is so professional and skilled. Her cutting and highlights are always on point. She listens to what I’m thinking and often knows what I need before I do, I love her for that!! I leave feeling refreshed and beautiful, every single time! ❤️

What I love most about seeing Niela is how genuinely cared for you feel in her chair. She takes her time, treats your hair with so much intention, and makes sure you’re completely comfortable the whole way through—drink offered, good conversation, fun energy. It’s not rushed, it’s not performative—just thoughtful care and really good colour. Grateful to have a stylist (and friend) like her. 🤍
