Wondering how long your appointment will take? It all depends on the service you're receiving. Haircuts and blowouts usually take around 45 minutes to an hour, while colouring and highlights can take up to 3 hours. We always recommend giving yourself enough time so that our stylists can work their magic!

Got a picture of the hairstyle you're dreaming of? Yes, please! We encourage our clients to bring in pictures of their desired hairstyle so that we can make your hair dreams come true. We'll take into account your hair type, face shape, and other factors to ensure you leave looking your best.

We kindly ask that you give us more than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your
appointments. We reserve the option to administer a fee of 50% of the total service cost for
cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. Repetitive no-shows may lead to a warning
and your service provider charging 100% of your service cost.

When it comes to how often you should get your haircut, it really depends on your hair type, length, and style. Generally, we recommend getting a haircut every 6-8 weeks and regrowth colour refresh every 4-6 weeks. Customized balayage is anywhere from 8 weeks to 6 months. Make sure to talk to your stylist about your options.
