Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, and orders must be brought in to the salon, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to bring in an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Only
When you bring in your product to the salon in unused condition, you can exchange your item or get in-store credit. No refunds.
