HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN HAIR?
I started working in a salon when I was 17 and quickly realized the love I had for it. It felt good making other people feel good and I loved the creativity that came with it. Still to this day, I feel the same way and love it even more.
HOW DO YOU WANT CLIENTS TO FEEL AFTER A HAIR APPOINTMENT?
I want them to feel confident and beautiful. I want them to look at themselves and think, 'Wow, this is me. I look so good.' It really is the crown you wear on your head.
WHERE DO YOU DRAW YOUR STYLE INSPIRATIONS FROM?
Everyone around me, honestly. Basically, everyone I work with, my best friends, and social media. I am always looking at videos and photos of people on Instagram and TikTok, getting inspo from people around me.
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?
Unfortunately, I like to spend it on TikTok (laughs). I also enjoy spending my free time with my friends, my boyfriend, keeping my glass full, and spending time with family.
WHAT’S YOUR SIGNATURE CUT OR STYLE?
Long, round layers with some face framing and any kind of blonde, really.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT FRANKIE?
Everybody that I work with. That was the first thing I really got from this place—how immediately I felt like everyone was family, my best friends. I feel like I have been here forever, and it makes me feel so comfortable with my work and being here.
