I have been a client of Tess and Niela’s since 2011 and will be a forever client at Frankie Hair salon because of the level of service and atmosphere they offer. I get specialty balayage and will never trust another salon to make my hair look as good as Niela and Tess do! I also have very thick hair and my stylists do a great job of texturing my hair to remove bulk. I leave the salon with a 10/10 stunning hairstyle every time!

Frankie is always an amazing experience and today was no different. I walked in and was handed a Poppi and a latte; and I walked out with the hair colour I think I should’ve had since birth (think a beautiful Merlot dark red) but also feeling like I was visiting with friends. Niela is the GOAT and a true HAIRapist. I just ask her to ‘do what she thinks’, and it’s better every time. Frankie is a true collection of artists that are beautiful people inside and out. Genuinely the best blonde I’ve ever had!! Shoutout to Leah!! All the staff are so friendly and supportive. Such a nice environment, feels very inviting and luxe (with amazing lattes 🤭). Leah does an incredible job at listening and following through on ideas & wishes from consultation.

I received a balayage from Micayla and it was such a wonderful experience - I feel like I made a friend in the chair for the time I was there! She was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and honest about everything about the appointment. She was up front about my hair, how she thought the color would work, the price and products. And she did such an incredible job! My hair looks gorgeous, and feels healthy. Will absolutely be back and will recommend again and again! Salon is also clean and very modern and sleek. A fabulous experience!

Absolutely obsessed with my hair from Frankie’s Hair Salon! Niela worked magic with my extensions, and Madi absolutely nailed the colour. The whole team is so sweet and really takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. Highly recommend!
