HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN HAIR?
My first job ever, when I was 14, was a little salon assistant. I thought it would be more fun than flipping burgers. I grew up around hairstylists, Tess and Niela included. I realized all things hair and makeup, and I just loved it.

Confident, I would say, is the biggest thing, and energized.
WHERE DO YOU DRAW YOUR STYLE INSPIRATIONS FROM?
Pinterest, always. People everywhere. I feel like I can find inspo from a person walking down the street or a celebrity.
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?
I like going outside, being active, going to the gym, spending time with my dog and my fiancé. Yeah, just like family time.
WHAT’S YOUR SIGNATURE CUT OR STYLE?
I love doing a 90's blowout, super layered. Instead of a quick little blow-dry, making the client feel va-va-vooming.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT FRANKIE?
The fact that I come to work, and it doesn't feel like work, cause I am working with my family. There is not a moment that I am like 'Oh, I want to go home,' because this is home.
